During the next days I will try to complete the another painting. And than I would like to draw some sketches of Pandora's creatures and at the end - maybe - of Neytiri with chalk.

I will take part in the contest, too, but nevertheless I will finish the two paintings.
For the contest I have to make new paintings and drawings. Maybe you'd like to know something about my little projects (@ Doolio - I hope you are!): I will try to paint at first one or two good portraits, a scene and a landscape. And at the end I will decide, which works are good enough for the contest.
Now I have to do some ordinary work, and than I'll start! I hope to have a good hand today!

Thank you very much - I try always to do my best. At the moment I try to improve the second Neytiri portrait and I try to paint a third with a different facial expression.
I'd love nothing better than to do a great landscape, a jungle scene or a still life, but for such themes I need the personal contact, the view with my own eyes.

I believe it is very nice. You are very artistic. Even without the background, the painting of Neytiri is still very well made. Will you be doing any other characters?

My uncle's dog came over a little less than one week ago. I stupidly left the computer plug on the floor. That night, his dog chewed it up. So, the next morning, I go looking for the plug and I find a chewed up piece of metal. I sadly cannot purchase a new plug right now, and my computer's battery is out. I'm at my public library. Of course I will try to paint some more portraits. Quaritch is fascinating me. It won't be difficult to make the portrait, because of his charismatic face, but I will try to show something indifferent behind his facade. And I will try to paint Tsu'tey, the proud and fearless warrior.

I had to do a lot of work during the last days, that's why it was quiet here.
But tomorrow I'd like to show you a new Neytiri portrait. The first portrait wasn't good enough, I have to do some changes and maybe I will show the first attempts tomorrow, too.
