This game is great i have already got and and played it ;D, some of the videos are just immense and the quality of the game is outstanding. I wont tell you anything else ill let you play it and find out how great this game is for your self.

I just hope it's better than the last few, IMO the series reached its peak at FFX which is still awesome btw. I still play it too, must be like my 500th time through or more.

I have only played a couple of hours of it but its really good so far, i thought the fighting mechanics where going to put me of, but its actually really fluid in the way you fight.

I have serious doubts about the game considering how linear they have apparently made it.  I'm sure the story itself is good, but removing so much of what has always been a huge part of the FF series (mini games, more sidequests than you can shake a stick at, etc) seems like a huge mistake.  One review that was particularly striking was someone who said while they enjoyed the game, it's the first FF ever that they've played through once and decided there was absolutely no reason to ever play it again.  Sad, really.

did anyone else see the start of the intro and just think avatar?
Only mostly AWOL.

I watched it and you're right, the start do think to avatar !
'Itan Atxur : Just remember, NO idea is too crazy <3

Then everything changed ... I fell in love. I fell in love with the - with the forest, with the Omaticaya people... with you...
Don't thank! You don't thank for this! This is sad... VERY sad only!

Update on the game, it's frakin awesome.

The game is outstanding!

but I cant help missing the freedome there was back in ff7 and ff8 where you could go just about anywhere rather than being stage based.

but even with that gone the game is still amazing :)

Ok so I haven't played this game (don't have a plaatform that can run it) but I've seen the ads and watched some gameplay videos.

When I saw a short add for it on the TV I was like "OMG!" and had to rewind the DVR so I could watch it again  ;D

Then I looked up the full trailer on YT and instantly loved it.

One thing I really anticipate enjoying about the game is the emphasis on the story and the stunning cutscenes. My first FF experience was with FFX and I loved absolutely everything about it. I have 4 brothers and literally one of us would control the game while the rest of us would sit around talking about where to go or what attacks to make.

FFXII was my second experience, and again a really incredible game. I appreciated the free-style rpg feel of the game, forcing leveling up to be critical before moving on with certain points in the game. But I'm very happy to see FFXIII returning to the storyline style. I feel like I am watching a movie when I play FFX and I look forward to that again in FFXIII.

I prefer western RPGs. Though I'd give this a chance if there weren't a million other games I want first.

so in your opinion which character outfits do you like?

My personal favorite has and always will be Yuna's FFX outfit (the summoner one she wears all the time). Ash's wedding outfit is damn fine too  ;D

Lulu's belt dress is awesome but idk, goth isn't for me.

Seymour's hair is crazy-go-awesome! Seymour and Auron my two dream cosplays.

Fran ish a sexeh bunneh xD

T.T I need to get a PS3...

Nìwotxkrr Tìyawn

FFXIII is for 360 too. If all you want is FFX you could probably find a really cheap ps2 at a Gamestop.

It probably wasn't released outside of Japan.

I haven't played it (no 360). Although I saw the full preview for it at Movie Gallery and it looks friken awesome. I rented XII after watching it and I am loving it. I have only played two mainstream FF games. I need to play the others.
