Help translating a quote?

It's been so long since I've been here that I'm more rusted than the bed of my truck. Which, all things considering, isn't too bad.  Anyway, would appreciate some help dissecting and translating this. (From the book 1984)

I hope I understood that sentence correct...(my Na'vi sentence sounds a bit odd...and I believe, there is missing some words in Na'vi...)

There are many meanings in that passage at many different levels. If I were speaking with a Na'vi, I would start by giving them the pragmatic meaning of the words in a fashion that would help them begin to understand the basis of the metaphor. That passage alone would give them absolutely zero understanding of who the metaphorical character of Big Brother is. If you wanted the "poetic" Na'vi translation of "Big Brother loves you," then that might come as PìkPìrasrrìl vewng ngat. But, they would need to have the character of "PìkPìrasrr" explained and I'm fairly confident that they would shun the raw use of the native term tsmukan to rename the character in the full translation.

[Depressed]I've never gotten around to reading 1984, or watching the movie for that matter, but I know the gist of the tale. Given the recent explosion of monitoring globally and the invasive nature of some of it, I'd say George Orwell was pretty close, only his date was a little off.

It's only possible to use different words (more literal translation):

Tìtxur lu fwa fkol kxeykakx ronsemit tuteyä ne hapxì apxay ulte 'awstengyem sat nìmun fte ngivop mipa ayonit tìftxeyä awngeyä.
Power is that one breaks mind of human into many parts and put them together again to create new shapes of your choices.

The last pronoun can be also ngeyä (depends on viewpoint; fkeyä doesn't seem to be correct here to me).
I didn't read 1984 yet, but want to read it. It is quite popular book, it is hard to borrow it from library. Still borrowed.

I would not use ne or nemfa in this case. Both of those have to do with physical direction/position. Ne only takes on this more existential/metaphorical sense in the special context of A slu ne B, where the "into B" is a resultative outcome and the thing/person discussed was originally A. However, fte slivu could work. Fte is probably better because it demonstrates more intention on the part of the active agent. The intention to break the will of the "belovèd" of Big Brother is definitely present in the context of the story.

Here is one possibility, not necessarily the best:

I think the topical is optional here. Depending on context, you also might use kame rather than tse'a.
