My book Bactine is a sci-fi steampunk book. The official blurb on Amazon and Smashwords says:
"A steampunk sci-fi story about the adventures of a soldier in intergalactic service,
after being shipped off to a very remarkable planet.
Sailing will never be the same again..."
I loved writing it, and I am getting my courage together to write a sequel, but not before I have finished at least 2 more projects.
I have plenty going now: a children's book, the 3rd Lily Marin steampunk book, a sci fi book a la Blade Runner, another sci fi book code name Bristol Dream, and the 10th Hilda the Wicked Witch book. Enough, don't you agree?
And now I proudly copy the most wonderful review of Bactine here (from Amazon.com):
It took me a little while to figure out how this book was Steampunk as it starts off set in space but as soon as the man character, Daniel was on the right planet I knew I was going to love this book and love it I did.
The plot had everything I could have wanted, pirates, action, ships, flying and cool technology. It even had a delightful little romance to finish things off with.
So glad I picked this one up as I think it's going to be right at the top of my favourite books this year list.
And now I shall crawl under my rock again.
