AvatarMeet 2012 - Camping Trip Part 1 Video
« on: September 30, 2012, 06:09:33 pm »
Well ma eylan,

With apologies for the long wait, I have one of the AvatarMeet 2012 videos ready to share!

This first one is Part 1 of the Camping trip that was held in the Olympic Peninsula from 15th to 19th July.  It covers the short hike to Sol Duc falls, Fluxx, deer stalking(!), marsh mellows and the campfire...oh and a frisbee incident!  An Irayo goes to Mikko who leant me his Merlin Steadicam, which was really great to use (want one!!! :D)    In the meantime enjoy the adventure.

Txantsan I would have joined the camping had my travel schedule allowed it.

Looks like a fun, relaxing time. And a lot easier hiking than (parts of) Great Basin National Park.

Perhaps great Basin National Park would be a good 2013 meetup location. inexpensive, uncrowded, and stunningly beautiful... and dark skies for sanhì nerìn.

Yawey ngahu!

Yes indeed -- every camp *should* have a Raiden.  :D

Irayo, Alan, for Part 1 of this camping video -- loved watching it! Brought back all those good memories, and I felt like I was experiencing it all over again. I also loved your narration throughout...made me laugh at certain bits.  ;D

Looking forward to Part 2.  :)

Your love shines the way into paradise.
