'eylan na'viyä

Is the Perfektive/Imperfective applyed to the verb first and is then negated(1) or the other way round(2) ?

EG:
swirä ke rolikx tengkrr perey oe. tsakrr tolem oe
(1)The creature doesn't move even once during the time while i am waiting. then i shoot
(2)One time the creature doesn't move while i am waiting. then i shoot

swirä ke rerikx tengkrr perey oe. tsakrr tolem oe
(1)The creature doesn't move all the time during the time while i am waiting. then i shoot
(2)The creature doesn't move even once during the time while i am waiting. then i shoot

Is there allready information out there or do we need to ask Frommer about that?

Aspect is the view on a state of affairs, and aspect itself doesn't get negated — it's the state of affairs that has any negation.

There are some languages that have a different aspect for "do something just one time," but Na'vi is not one of them.  You need to use an adverb, like 'awlo once, one time to get that sense in some of your translations.

swirä rikx ke 'awlo tengkrr perey oe.

Because ke 'awlo here strongly implies an aspect all on its own, I don't think we'd need to mark it here.  If we had a longer dialog involving this sentence, though, we might need to adjust it.
