Verb "kenong" and infix positions

Why in verb kenong infix positions are k<0><1>en<2>ong? If this verb is created from ke + nong (as we know, nong also is verb), that should be ken<0><1><2>ong as in verbs ralp<0><1><2>eng, yomt<0><1><2>ìng and other... I can't understand it.

Interesting, in my copy of the dictionary, it lists both infix location variants as being acceptable. odd...

Maybe it is not derived from ke ,,no" + nong ... same as tìran is not derived from tì- noun-marker and *ran
Not all syllables, that could be a word in their own right, need to have a meaning
