advanced statistical algorithms library (Archived)
« on: July 27, 2011, 03:28:03 pm »
hi,

Does anyone know or have a list of useable code library with advanced statistical algorithms, such as generic SVR(with ability to easily change or select a kernel), RP-tree partitions and the like?

I'm looking mostly for (open)source code.

I assume your using C/C++. I had a quick look at wikipedia what SVRs are and I found this lib here: http://shark-project.sourceforge.net/

Here are some other libs/articles: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Support_vector_machine#External_links

I can't tell you anything about them because I just didn't even know what SVRs are ^^ Maybe you can find sth useful there...

Moved to Archive. Problem appears either solved or old.
