My photo art, astrophotography
« on: February 23, 2013, 08:17:20 am »
Astrophotography combines both photography and astronomy. It targets photographies of nebulas, star clusters, galaxies, constellations, stars, planets, etc.

To make the most perfect astrographies, you need a shutter release and a tripod.

I do active astrophotography since this January, exactly the New Year's day, and I photographied 11 pictures since this day. However, I made more before this date between 2011 and 2012. In this thread, I'll show you my astronomical art.  :D

I have these informations for you.

Thanks to my wiki for these informations, which will maybe interest you.

I hope you like my astrophotos. :)  ;)

Once you mate that camera to a telescope, you are going to get a LOT of detail in your photos.
What you have looks good.

That's what I can't get.

What you have looks good.

I've a bit improved my astrophotography yesterday, when I've been lucky to see again my constellations after more than one week of break due to bad weather. I wondered. :o :D

Now, I get pictures with a landscape (like with the picture of Mercury). :)

I tried to get a picture with both in, but it's not possible. :(

I have another picture of Sirius, leaving the clouds. :)

The clouds have hidden quickly the stars after 9:30pm. :(

Jupiter and Sirius can be seen during all the winter and the spring here.

No. We can see the top of the constellation in June, but not the bottom.
