It just means "My Tsu'tey" even if we don't know exactly what the "ma" means.

And Tsu'tey is the name of the Na'vi Neytiri should have been mated with.

Intrans-Verb:  Are Doing  (Future Imperfect of "to do")
and Great is an adverb modifying the verb "to do", no?

So it would be more like:

Nga-ri s<en>i ni-txan!

Though I don't know how you'd be happy about it.  S<en><ei>i?
