A lot of this is incorrect, and could use some changes.

what you said was ...
"hello, what-path you? I need to help. Can you do this thing I?"

First, the question, 'how are you'  is said 'ngaru lu fpom srak?' Every time you ask a yes/no question, you need to add a 'srak' at the end of it so that we know it is such.  Also, 'srung' is  a verb, and to make the phrase into what you meant in english, you'd need to convert the verb srung into a noun, by adding the tì- prefix. Finally, the last phrase needs the word 'please' and since you've got the modal verb "can" the following verb needs the subjunctive infix <iv>. Also, if you're doing something, its an action, so you'd not use fì'u, but fìkem, and I'd be tempted to use fpi ('for the sake of'). SO, what we're left with is:

"Kaltxì! Ngaru lu fpom srak? Oe kin tìsrung. rutxe, Tsun nga fìkem sivi fpi oe srak?"

and that sounds like this

and your name

Actually "srung" is a noun.  You could say "Oel srungit kin" for "I need help" but you'd need the appropriate case endings, as I used there.
Ftxey lu nga tokx ftxey lu nga tirea? Lu oe tìkeftxo.
