Ok, well I was thinking...

You can transport your spirit from your human self to your Avatar, but what if the humans found a way to reverse the effect? What if through technology the Humans found a way to turn Na'vi into Humans? Would it be another reason for humans to return to Pandora? Would it provoke another war? Would the Na'vi suddenly become like the Jews in WWII? How would humans respond back home on Earth?

I don't see why it would. To turn a Na'vi into a human wouldn't they have to create an expensive avatar to transfer the Na'vi into (this time more human than Na'vi instead of the other way around), capture the Na'vi, and then do whatever they have to do to transfer the spirit, which would itself probably take time? Why not just shoot them with guns or capture them but not change them into humans?

Would it provoke another war?

I think humans were pretty much banished from the planet, so humans coming back and doing anything would probably provoke another war.

Would the Na'vi suddenly become like the Jews in WWII?

How would humans respond back home on Earth?

The survival guide suggested that people on Earth don't know much about what happens on Pandora because of censorship.
