I don't think that Quaritch joined in Eywa, because he never had a connection to anything by tsaheylu in the moment he died plus, he died in a metallic cage.

I doubt that all attacking animals (in last battle - wild ikrans, viperwolves, thanator) were attached to Eywa at the time of the command.

I always took this literally, so it would include individuals not connected to Eywa's tree root network, and also humans too.
It's a concept that's embedded in my fanfics too.

When Eywa gave the signal to attack (and assist the Na'vi wä Sawtute aKawnglan) to the animals of Pandora, I don't believe those creatures were connected to the root network. Makes me wonder how she communicated with them. Some kinda of telepathy? Something in the air? I have some philosophical ideas about who/what Eywa is, but the movie is very literal about her being real, so I dunno how it all works.

I think, Grace's ghost is "stored" in Eywa, so it could be possible to see her - "in Eywa", not as classical ghost.

Eywa make full copy of Jake and paste it to new body. With Grace, Eywa copied only part and probably don't want to finish process without missing information. Which part of Grace was stored and which was missing? Nobody know.
I think that we can found lot of Graces memories but not her soul.
