That's an interesting article. I'd be really surprised if Spider switch the side fron Na'vi to Human. How the relation between him and Kiri would be if that case becomes true? I'm somehow sure even if he finds out who killed his mother, he'll pretty much know why she died. Obviously because his mother was on a mission against the Na'vi, and the same is true regarding his father.
I can see that Spider will perhaps have a hard time as he sits between decissions made by him: one was to save his father to not get drown and another one was when he just left him after his father asked to get with him. The other point is that he has a really good relationship with Kiri, Lo'ak and Tuk. But Neytiri doesn't see him as a part of the family and he does know it. Whatever story we will see, it could be very interesting and perhaps, when viewing the whole big picture, we'll see that there is no black and white only, also a large range of grey. On the final end, we can't read Cameron's mind, hrh.
