The video will be removed from youtube if it is violating anything and all the links will become 404:d(which means they won't load). There is NO risk what so ever to the site nor it will place the site in jeopardy by putting links to youtube here.

Honestly Earth Song kind of works because if you look at Pandora, its very environmental.
