I'd say the most likely option is her avatar... it's still alive, and I guess that Grace still exists within Eywa, it could perhaps be possible for her to be transferred back - perhaps with some more understanding of Pandora.

I think they already have "may the force be with you". It is Eywa ngahu, seeing as Eywa is the All Mother she is equivelant to the force.

but more seriously on topic, I think it very likely that she "lives within Eywa", meaning she can still dole out useful advice when the situation warrants it and somebody's there to listen.

I agree with what Tsuksìm atsawl said: she's now probably going to aid Jake on his "journey" as Olo'eyktan.  I mean, he has no "ancestors" within Eywa, but has Grace.  And though she isn't a Na'vi, she knows enough about them and thinks logically enough to guide Jake.

mllte tsmuk Grace would be a great spirit guide and Mo'at in life. Plus he has Neytiti, but Grace will take the form of a spirit aura

Mo'at said she was too weak.  Perhaps time to 'rest' within Eywa would give her enough strength to return into her Avatar.

I think that if she comes back as anything other than a voice or spirit (or maybe in some kind of flashback), it's gonna need some explanation and I'm a little afraid it'd be a cheap one. If it was just a matter of resting, I think Mo'at would've said something about it.

And if the sawtute want to pull her out of Eywa and put her back into her body, they might have a hard time separating her from the rest of the data there. I mean, Grace was just starting to get an idea of how the network on Pandora works, and as far as I got it, she was the expert on that. It seems it would take a lot of time for others to pick up where she left off and get to a point where they can locate someone in there.

Well, you are forgetting the Na'vi, the only true experts on how things work on Pandora.  While it would be a little different of an explanation, it is essentially the same.
