reference to a lame movie coming out soon. Called, you guessed it, Hot Tub Time Machine.

Would there be a non-subtitle version (withoutNa'vi?) Would be epic if there'll be one. Just for the speakers of Na'vi. LOL.

We'd all love that but I can't see it happening somehow...unless we create another petition and present that to Fox too! :D

I don't think that Fox will bring out that version. Maybe one show, just for us, if we sign up the petition with really alot of people. But still then, people speaking Na'vi are across the whole world, not just one place. It'll cost too much for everyone just to see it without subtitles. A less expensive idea is to teach everyone, who comes to the movie, the Na'vi language so they won't need subtitles.. :P I hope it'll happen somehow.

I don't think it would be that hard to distribute a non-subbed version, seeing as they could release it first, before they put subtitles on :P

Just saw the news.  Super flippin' AWESOME!!!

What made it more awesome for me was the fact that Jake and Neytiri will be back in this movie.

Yea from where did you get that?
Personally i don`t take the Na`vi as alien because i think i understand them.

When I look on the news and see what horrible things are happening around the world I can`t help but wonder what is the source of them and therefore my own race is becoming more and more alien to me as time passes by.

Does that make any sense?

This only brings up the question; will the movies be almost entirely in Na'vi? It's pretty obvious the if Jake is truly to be a Na'vi, he must learn the language. Prepare to see a lot of subtitles in the sequel, although by then most of us probably won't need them.

This is gonna bring trouble for the actors (most of them will break their tongues loads of times trying to have the right prononciation), and it might piss off a lot of non Na`vi speakers, but i love the idea!

Both very good points and ideas here, I would really love to see the movie in Na'vi, but I agree with Txon Tsyal and think it's more likely that it will be in 'ìnglìsì for the sake of the actors, though who knows? If we study our tails off we'll have to watch Avatar 2 with Na'vi subtitles!

that is good news indeed:)
i think i read somewhere before that frommer is actually bound by contract to develop the language to a solid level, regardless of whether there will be sequels or not.

i am looking forward for more na'vi and more pandora, although i must say that i am a bit skeptic about the quality of the movies. i mean, we have to admit that avatar is a well-rounded movie wich has made it's point and finished it's story arc. also, one of the key elements of the movie was the development of the relationship of jake and neytiri.

Tsaheylu between jake and neytiri I admire it with a passion :'*******(
