When you say that (and what I mention proves that I watch too much Law and Order SVU), I would say Diane Neal, the main attorney from the previous mentioned show.  But she's just be a replacement of Selfridge: I cannot see her being a military personnel.  Of course, this would mean that RDA would have to regain some control to do this.
