Having tested Tawtewng's resolve in virtual combat, I've come to the conclusion he doesn't throw lives away needlessly, bides his time before acting, hoping to crush his opponents in a single blow, yet acts very defensively until the time is that he knows he can win.

He is cunning and a ruthless stratagist, but is open to the concept of "fair play"

In my opinion, if he was a villain, he'd quickly become a hero.

Evil? Probably not.
Anti-Hero? Probably

Only a heretic brings a gun to a swordfight
