Another scenario, is that in the final battle, the Na'vi are victorious... but the RDA captures Jake and bring him back to Earth to stand trial. So, his family decide to undertake a rescue mission.

Homeward as a member of it's species. While characters such as Sam Wrthington's Jake Sully and Steven Lang's Miles Quaritch have both made the jump into becoming Na'vi, the transition could be a two-way procedure. As such, franchise stars such as Zoë Saldaña could appear on-screen as they really are during the fifth Avatar movie as they are in reality rather than as members of a fictional alien race.

Well, if there was any doubt before.
I posted my Avatar2 and Avatar3 fanfic scripts so that (at least in theory) Cameron could just go film them. I even intensionally did not put a Copyright Symbol (©) on any of my fanfics.

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, I just didn't know Cameron was a fan!

while a Spider Recombinant could allow Quaritch's son to live his dream of becoming a native Pandora, he would still also exist as a human. So only the Na'vi Spider would be able to breathe Pandora's air and traverse it's surface the same way as Jake Sully and his family do. In short, the use of Recombinant technology in the upcoming sequels could cause a serious ripple effect that travels all the way to Avatar 5, but it still can't give Spider everything he wants.

Seriously? Please, go rewatch Avatar1, take notes on the scene where Jake's spirit is transferred into his Avatar. If Jake can transfer into an Avatar body, Spider can transfer into an un-programed Recombinant body.
