Yes they asked.
And when I picked up my copy in the first place it was the best of the whole pile - others had much more serious issues than pages falling out ...

Wow. That sucks. My copy was fine.

Now here's my page.
After a closer look it seemed as if
a) they were never included in the bind and
b) somehow the page order seems a bit mixed...

"You don't dream in cryo" they say. Good! Imagine a 6-year-nightmare!

Okay, this I can use. I don't want to get sued for saying that people are having trouble with their books, but I haven't done "due dilligence" (even a little research).
2022 update: Working on the new astrology book. "How to read tarot" books are on Amazon, if you are into that sort of thing.
Okay, so the old podcast is here: https://www.podomatic.com/podcasts/radioavatar It was goofy fun that ended too soon, but we had creative people. I hope we can get a new gang together (interested? PM me, let's make some magic!)
(Very old, outdated) Na'vi FUN activity book is here: But what are you doing? Let me know! :)

That may be one of the cases where the fold-out was cut where the fold should be

Jep! One of those!

This is how that fold-out should be:

Ha, and I wondered if I had something wrong with the way I saw the pages!
Makes sense when they're in that order...

Yes! They had quiet a few of those when I went through the stack at Borders. Some where only half cut - that's how I became aware of this issue.

Should I still check it out? It looks very interesting.
There is no emotion, there is peace.
There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.
There is no passion, there is serenity.
There is no chaos, there is harmony.
There is no death, there is the Force.

It's definitely worth a buy when you're interested in the load of work that went into the creation.
Best make sure to buy it at a real store where you can check for loose binding or uncut pages, then you'll get a wonderful book.
(Mine will definitely hellp getting along the long thirsty part between Avatar being pulled from theatres and home cinema ready for blue-ray...)

I'm hoping to get this sometime.

Years ago, when someone asked me who my favorite hero was from Star Wars, my reply was... "Ralph McQuarrie". Who was he? Why the guy who did reams and reams of concept art pictures for Star Wars. He drew all the different versions of things like Stormtroopers, C-3P0, Star Destroyers, etc etc etc... until the final designs were completed. I got the book "the Art of Star Wars" and pored through it over and over and over again.

Then, I started drawing as well, and --inspired by McQuarrie's sketches-- I became something of an illustrator myself. And I continue to draw to this day (check out some of my more recent stuff in this thread: the Storm Over Pandora Sketchbook in the RP section) partially because of McQuarrie's great pictures, but also because he showed me that you don't have to be perfect the first time... you try and try again!

That same feeling of awe came over me as I got the Art of Avatar book.

It is excellent, and if you're a person even remotely interested in such things, then I say.... get it.

I've gotten the book about a month ago and I like it. The artwork is wonderful.
