means "The sky is full of stars" / "The sky is filled with stars" or similar.

Ngaytxoa, I made a small mistake in my last post.

taw a teya (lu) ta sanhì

is a phrase that means "The star-filled sky" or "Sky full of stars". It's not a complete sentence by itself.
