A is used for attaching a relative clause to a noun (like "that flew" in yours or "who I hate" etc.).

Futa/fwa/furia etc. are all used to attach a clause to a verb. In the case of futa it is when the clause is being used as a direct object of the verb as in omum oel futa tìfyawìntxuri oeyä perey aynga.

Fwa is used with intransitive verbs like lu and lam e.g. po fwa tsivun 'iveyk lam.

Furia is used when the clause is the topic of the sentence, the main case I can think of for its use would in the phrase irayo seiyi oe so if I wanted to say "I thank your for listening to me" I'd say irayo seiyi oe furia nga tìng mikyun oeru.

Not quite in your first sentence. There's no need for a furia at all, you'd just put "sentence" in the topical and put it before the rest of the sentence.
