The sentence,
nga tsamsiyu lu?
Means, are you a warrior?

Nga tsamsiyu lu.
means, you are a warrior.

If you were speaking how do you tell the
diffrence between the two?

To make a yes/no question, we need a particle on the end, "srak."  So, "Are you a warrior?" would be:

nga tsamsiyu lu srak?

Oh right, totally forgot this is a yea no question. But if it was just a normal question, is there an indicative?

omängum fra'uti

A "pe" word.

Pesu
Peu
Pehrr
Pehem
Pelun

etc

It may be that you can slap pe- onto any word... (peioang - which animal, for ex) but it is unknown if that's true or not.

There are basically two types of questions, ones that end in srak?

Nga tayíng mikyum srak?

you give<FUT>-ear(listen) QUES?
Will you listen?

And ones that use a question word pe+noun or noun+pe and *don't* use srak.

Kempe sayi nga?
Action-what do you?
What will you do<FUT>?

EDIT: ninja'd but I'll post anyways because of the examples.

Ok, but wher do you stick it ? back or front? (refering to pe)

Totally unrelated but is this right,
oe si ke terkup niftue
I do not die easily

I wanted to say don't but couldn't find it

If you mean the pe affix, either works, and as far as we know are equivelent.  For example peu/'upe, pehrr/krrpe, etc.  If you're referring to the word it's attached to, typical Na'vi word order applies, and I believe it would take the same part of speech it was before it got the pe affix.

Correct although you don't need the si.

I not dies easily would be the correct literal translation, you don't want to think of it as do no die easily, just that the die is negative and so needs ke.
