First Basic Sentences.

Ok, so I have been trying to learn Na'vi for about a week or two now, and I think I know how to say a few basic sentences. But i'm not positive about them, so some feedback on how to improve a bit is always welcome. 
So, here we go,
Kaltxì. Oe lu Lehrrap Swirä. Oel tse'a ngati.
Thats all I can do so far

The phrase "I am [name]" in English is best translated as the na'vi set phrase "fko syaw oer [name]" meaning "one calls to me [name]".

And the greeting "I see you" uses the spiritual "kame" rather than the physical "tse'a", other than that it's right.

How about "Oeyä tstxo lu      (Insert name here)     ?"  Would that work?

And correct to say "Lehrrapa Swirä", because adjectives must connect to nouns with -a- (except adjectives created with le-, but only if that stand after noun). I.e. Lehrrapa Swirä = Swirä Lehrrap

How about "Oeyä tstxo lu     (Insert name here)     ?"  Would that work?

There's nothing wrong with it grammatically, but it's not clear how saying it that way would come across to a Na'vi-speaker—other than decidedly influenced by another language.  Because the "usual" way to talk about one's name is this—

Pefya ngaru fko syaw?
What is your name? (lit. "How does one call you?")

Oeru fko syaw ____.
My name is ____ (lit. "One calls me ____.")

—it would sound decidedly foreign if you said it another way.  It would be like my Turkish teacher who, when telling us the word for something in Turkish, would say, "We call this thing as ____."  We understood her just fine, but this was obviously not the way a native English-speaker would say it.

If you are wondering, you can change your nickname under Profile -> Account Related Settings -> Name (still have to remember your username, though).  For example, I was formerly Lapo Lesxkxawng, and Tawtewng was once O_O, and also formerly Tawtute akawng.

Here are my basic sentences, would someone correct them if necessary, rutxe?!
Za'u nefitsenge! (Come here!)
Rä'ä si fíkem! (Don't do it!)
Tsa'ut /tsawt  zamunge! (Bring that!)
Pelun zerawng nga? (Why are you screaming?)

Ma P.A.'li, adpositions only attach if they come afterwards, otherwise, like English prepositions they just sit at the front so "ne fìtsenge".

In general the noun comes before si not after so "rä'ä fìkem si" (also you used an acute accent, na'vi uses a grave).

Your 3rd is correct although when tsaw takes a case or a clitic adposition (an adposition attached as a suffix) it becomes tsa so it would be either "tsa'ut" or "tsat" (with an optional i after each of them).

And the 4th is correct.

In general the noun comes before si not after so "rä'ä fìkem si" (also you used an acute accent, na'vi uses a grave).

I am inclined to believe it would actually be correctly fìkem rä'ä si.  We have never seen rä'ä anywhere but right before the verb, with si being the verb.

A good point, also one of our few examples is a very comparable tsakem rä'ä si so yes it probably should be ma omängum.
