I believe Tanhì refers to the bioluminescent dots...

Makto has a subject (thing doing the verb) and an object (the thing being affected by the verb) so you need to use cases.

Eyäzong is the subject as you are doing the riding and ends in a consonant so you have to use the suffix -ìl.

Irkan is the object (the thing being ridden) and ends in a vowel so it takes the accusative case with -it.

So you get:

Eyäzonìl ikranit makto.
