Help with colors?

Kaltxi! 

I'd like to convert the name Chloe into Na'vi and I need some help. 
The name means 'green shoot' and according to the dictionary
Green is ean
and Shoot is tem / toltem
(Though I'm not sure whether this is shoot in the plant sort of way or in the 'shooting' kind of way  )

I'm not yet sure how to work with colors (currently studying the Na'vi in a Nutshell guide ;P)
so I need some help <

However, I was going to say: "Tìtem aean" or "Eana tìtem". Why have you said tìtoltem, ma Kemaweyan? P.s. in the first example you wrote "Tìtotem", the L is missing.

Two problems, 1. tì- isn't productive and tìtoltem isn't atested so can't be used and 2. rather confusingly, the word "shoot" here is, whilst possibly etymologically linked tot eh verb "shoot", is in fact unrelated semantically as it refers to a bud of a plant.

Anyway, looking into the name myself I found it more usually described as "verdant" than "green", this distinction is important and as blooming rather than shoot. In light of this, I think that "leaf green" would probably encapsulate both quite nicely and would be rìkean (or if you want to noun-ify it you can use the productive (on colours) suffix -pin which, in this case due to a sound change on the n becomes rìkeampin)
