Tyler would be Taylrr.  The "ch" sound in your last name is a problem unless it's pronounced as a k:

Reichard could be Raykartx, if ei is pronounced like "eye" or Reykartx, if ei is pronounced like "ay in say."

Are you a native-German-speaker/of Germanic descent?

If so, Reichard should probably be Raykatx, otherwise, if it is pronounced like the first name Richard, Rìtsat would be closer.

So I'd go for Taylrr Raykatx or Taylrr Rìtsat depending on how Reichard is pronounced.
