How can I make one of those banner things for my signature?

I always banners for people's signature, and I'd like to make one, but I don't know how. Rutxe? Irayo.

Banners are usually made with photoshop (or in simpler cases, paint);
Usually either a landscape picture of something related to the subject for your banner, with text added.

Normally banners are used to indicate a membership/ support of something; a common one here is the real life Na'vi tribe, or project NgayNume.
