How it comes there are Na'vi words for Male and Female but not for Boy and Girl?

I wonder why there no genitive relatives to boy and girl but there are for male and female or the the derivative of the words man and woman for that matter either.

Maybe because the terms "male" and "female" are more formal which is why it is hard to find the Na'vi terms for "girl" or "boy". I'll check the Na'vi dictionary to be sure. If I'm wrong, I'll tell you.  ;)

The reason is that na'vi doesn't normally mark for gender.

You could quite easily do it using -e and -an though.

So boy = 'evengan and girl = 'evenge

man we already know is tutan and woman is tute, the dictionary isn't quite as clear as it could be regarding man and woman though.

Actually man becomes tutan as well.  I'm not sure if that stress shift always holds though because we also have 'ite and 'itan.

Yeah, the behavior of the two gender suffixes with respect to accent is completely unpredictable.  And after recent statements by Frommer about the other lexical derivation affixes, we should probably avoid them on words not already given to us, anyway.

For what I read Those just mean Male and Female which is what is this thread is all about those being the only words that seemingly exist.

There are terms, though for 'son' `itan and 'daughter' `ite. Interestingly enough, these are James Cameron words. Besides the more 'formal' term for 'child', `eveng, there is a more affectionate term, like 'kid' for 'child', `evi.
