Sorry for the pain, but i need help  ???  ::)  :-[

What you do is each blank sentence has all the pronouns taken out (I, you, they, we, etc.) you have to fill these in while making sure to use the proper marker for plurality (or whatever the term is).

So, for the first one, which is:

1.) ______-ri lu ke _____-taronyu
You four are not hunters.

You would write:

1.) Aynga-ri lu ke ay-saronyu
You four are not hunters.

As we have 4 people we use the plural marker ay+, note the lenition of taronyu > saronyu. Though, for these exercises don't worry about lenition, that's covered later. Anyway, if it were only three hunters then the sentence would be:

1.) Pxenga-ri lu ke pxe-saronyu
You three are not hunters.

This sentence uses the trial form pxe+ which is used when there are only 3 items. That's all you do for this worksheet.

Couldn't "you four" be nga atsing / tsinga nga

like:
Tsing-a nga-ri lu ke ay-saronyu

Kaltxì!

I think it actually could be, but nga still'd need the plural, so
...tsìng-a ay-nga...

But other way, only "ay-" is enough, it just won't be as specific as with tsìng.

First, it's not clear pronouns can take adjectives this way.

Second, if they can, if they're like nouns then you don't have to mark plurality if you use an explicit number.

Why not? Do we have an example about this?
I think nouns should have to be marked plural, like "tsìnga saronyu"... I haven't seen this in examples... but maybe i just didn't noticed...

It's explained on wikibooks. I can't find anything with a good citation right now, though I could swear there was something.

Hmmm, I too would have thought you would have to mark nouns for plurality even if you specify an exact number so if you can find that citation I would be most interested.

It's in the link...
It takes -me at least- to the title "cardinal numbers". There's the chart, than some writing that explains the chart, than there's the citation:

QuoteWhen a number modifies a noun, the singular form is used for the noun. In addition, as an attributive, the number itself requires the attributive affix a:

   zìsìt amrr "five years",
'awa tìpawmìri "regarding one (particular) question",
   munea 'eveng "two children"

(compare meveng "children" when there are two of them).
