What world or portion of the Na'vi name Vitraya Rumunon means Soul?

Well the word for soul is "Tirea" which does half sound like it's in there in a very mutilated manner. Oops I was thinking spirit not soul.  Slightly similar concepts, but quite a bit different.

"Soul" is actually vitra, attested by Frommer. Vitraya Ramunong is the Cameronian version, the Frommerian would be Ayvitrayä Ramunong. Tirea means "spirit", as in tireaioang, "spirit animal".

Its worth pointing out for those who haven't stumbled across this little tidbit yet, that some words don't exactly fit the language rules properly.  This was due to James Cameron deciding that he liked his version better and as such, exceptions were made.  Another example of this is "Toruk Makto".
