well  ... the meaning got across but ...

Sa'nuk is not a word, you could choose from:

Sa'nok - mother
Sa'nu - mommy

Also I don't think that the mother in 'mother's' day is an adjective (and if it were you'd have to make it an adjective with the le- prefix)  but instead since the day is owned by mother (hence the 's) I'd go with ...

I might also be inclined to use ftxozä instead of trr to make it a little bit more formal.
