How do you keep your motivation up?  I am starting to lose my drive to learn Na'vi, and I have become much less active.
"Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail."

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Rawke poyä mokrimaw slä terkupyu poyä maw taronyu.

It means something like actions speak louder than words and the him here is palulukan.(corrections would be greatly appreciated)

Luckily, Na'vi isn't something you're required to learn. Everyone is free to learn at their own pace.  ;)

Personally, when my interests drift elsewhere... I follow them.

Concerning Na'vi, when my motivation waned, I occupied myself with other things. Eventually I missed being here so I started studying again. I don't really worry about 'wasted' time not learning because there really is no finish line or competition. Time spent here is for the sake of entertainment, so as long as I'm enjoying myself nothing is a waste. If your natural curiosity isn't urging you to study more Na'vi, why force yourself?

Kaltxì tsmuk!

I keep my motivation just by curiosity to learn Na'vì... ;D
I think a very stylish and intriguing language (Besides the fun it is to see everyone at school wondering "what the hell this is what I'm talking" ::) I'ts so fun, haha)

But I'm studying only a bit of Na'vì ('cause I don't have time... only on weekends...), but I study much! (study very much because it will, of course! :D)
Of course, the classes of Portuguese and English on school are a little disturbing ... out the little I know of Spanish ... (There are some words in Na'vì similar to words in Spanish and Portuguese in writing, but completely different in meaning, for example, "Nari", meaning "eye", but looks a lot like "Nariz", which in Portuguese is "nose"...)

If you think in a good cause to lern Na'vì, go away! If not...  :-\
Like Feiane said, Na'vì don't are a "needed" language, you learn if you want...

The decision is yours, ma 'eylan...
