Can the names be that long?  Would I end up going by something shorter as a sort of nickname or would they not do that.  FYI, I'm completely knew to all of this I've only looked through the dictionary so far and I've only seen the movie once so I'm still working on it all.  I appreciate yer help.

Kaltxì, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but I wanted to change my name to "understanding one", I know the word to understand  is tslolam and the word for one as an individual is 'awpo but my problem is do I just say Tslolam'awpo or is something else needed. I'm not sure about the translation of my name into Na'vi. My name, Zain, is Arabic for beauty. Looking through the Na'vi pocket guide, the closest thing I found was Sevin, which means pretty. So would a masculine version be Sevinan?

I would say tslerolam'awpo. You need the gerund form of the verb.

le-li'u tukru

stylized to leli'u tukru for non-educational purposes.   Did I do this properly?  If not, can someone guide me in the right direction?

it's on the side of the noun. If the adnominal comes after the verb, it's attached to the adn.
If it comes before, it's in between them
