I printed it all out, and I've been going through it (slowly). Can I become fluent in Na'vi by studying just the Na'vi in a Nutshell guide?

It's a great guide, but I encourage you to look at all the other efforts by the community, as many can help in other ways.  NIAN is basically for grammar.  Check out the links in the Epilogue and the projects thread in the forum.
