Need help for translation of some sentences

I'm a beginner and my group is preparing for a Navi's contest in my college.
We need to translate some sentences.

The following sentences are those we cannot translate:
1. Please work as a group.
2. You should bring a letter of explanation.
3. They wore school T-shirts.
4. The team brought extra survey forms.
5. Each district had three teams, who went to different locations.
6. Each team took a picture of its location with the team members.
7. People who have lived in Shanghai for three months or more are surveyed.

So I come here for some help. I'll be very grateful if you can help us.

What sort of contest is it? Some of these translations might change because of it.

1. tìkangkem sivi na pongu rutxe

2. zivene mivunge aylì'uti a oeyktìng

3. impossible to translate, no verb for to wear or for shirt (of any kind).

4. pongul molunge [extra survey forms]it

5. [each district]ur pxefongu a kamä lahea sengene lamu

6. [each] pongu [took a photo of its location with the team members] (entire sentence structure depends on the verb which doesn't exist as of yet and may well never do)

7. suteti a kelku sarmi ro sanghay pxe[month] fu nulkrr [survey]

So very little can be translated, there simply isn't enough vocabulary and I doubt a lot of it will exist for a long time.

But, thereis some verbs I don't understand in sentence 5:
'ur' 'kamä' 'lahea' 'sengene'
I cannot find them in the dictionary. What's the meaning?

Aout the question:'What sort of contest is it?'
Well, it's a contest of artificial language(Navi or Quenya) learing and compare, which is sponsored by our professor. The champion group will be chosen to help the professor with his fieldwork researching. We choose to learn Navi.

I think we can change some meaning for the translatation.
e.g.
'fratseng' for 'each district'
'frapongu' for 'each team'

Is that OK?

I've inflected some of the English if we can work out what case/tense/mood the English would be in. -ur is the dative suffix, it's there because lu X Y-DAT means Y has X. Kamä = k<am>ä = go-PAST ~ went/has gone/did go, lahea = lahe-a = other, sengene = (ay)+tsenge-ne = places-to = to places.

fra- probably would work actually as in this context each = every.

I'll have another go, I've got more time now although I might need to borrow some words:

2. nga zivene ziva'u aylì'uhu a oeyktìng
3. lu for *tisets kartsengä (I borrowed T-shirt as tiset and compounded school as learn-place)
4. pongul molunge ayfawmlì'u nì'ul (I compounded survey form as ask-word)
5. lamu fratsengur pxefongu a kamä lahea sengene
6. frapongu wäpeyn ulte weyn tsengeti a tok
7. suteti a kelku sarmi ro Sanghay pxe[month] fu nulkrr pawm

So I can't quite get the last sentence but the rest of it can be approximated, good luck.
