Oe Pronounciation

How is oe pronounced? This has me stumped and it doesn't seem to be in the na'vi in a nutshell pdf.

When oe is by itself or at the end of a word (e.g. moe), each vowel is
pronounced individually; when it has an ending (oeyä, oel, oeti, oeru) or occurs in the
middle of a word the vowels are pronounced as "we" in wept, went, or wed. Finally, in the
dual and trial forms, regardless of whether there's an ending, the vowels are pronounced
individually. So, oe has two syllables, oel has one syllable, pxoe has two syllables and pxoel
also has two syllables. If you hear someone pronounce oeru as "ohehroo" instead of
"wehru," they are speaking formally.

This is incorrect because there is no diphthong in "oe". It is pronounced "oh-weh" with 2 syllables. See MIPP's post for more info.

In addition, I always say {o̯ɛ} instead of {wɛ} when the diphthongal version of "oe" occurs, yet it is still {o.ɛ} in formal speech (and even more formally, "ohe" {o.hɛ}).
