Today I had an idea of how I can keep my Na'vi skills up to scratch, even in this insane exam environment.

I have decided to write a diary/journal nìNa'vi, just a few sentences each day, and this will (hopefully) help me to practice. And I'll probably post it on here for checking. Don't worry though - it won't be anything deep, just banal stuff like "today I ate food. It tasted good." I don't think my Na'vi skills are even up for that though  :'(

So, with the help of the dictionary, Na'vi in a nutshell, and a lot of crossing out, this is day 1.

Fìtrr oe p<am>e'un pamrel s<ìy>i mì fìpuk, fralo oe k<ìy>anom tì'efu a-keftxo. Fìkem-il t<ìy>eng oe-ru fpom-it. Oe '<ìm>ì'awn ro oeyä Kelkutral fìtrr nìwotx. Oe tìkangkem s<ìm>i fpi oeyä sìfmerok, slä srekamtrr ulte kxamtrrmaw k<am>ä a-nìkong.

Today I decided I will write in this book, every time I get a feeling of sadness. This action will give happiness to me. I stayed at my hometree all day. I worked for my tests, but the time before noon and the time after noon went slowly.

(the last part meaning I was bored)

I get the feeling my grammar will have been atrocious, but do what you can, ma frapo.

Great idea :) But why not create a blog on Blogspot or anywhere else? So you could connect directly with other Numeyu and they could connect directly with your blog :) Because there are quite a few blogs nìNa'vi out there, and I'd welcome to have another blog in my blogroll, I could read every day ;D Even if it's just a few sentences in every post :)

I hadn't thought of that :) but I dont thick anyone really wants to read my first pathetic efforts... I only put it on here to get the grammar checked

very good idea! Try a few sentences a day and publish it for check - it'll be useful for you, no doubts. And if you feel you are good enough, you can create blog.

My version (not the only possible version)
Fìtrr oel pame'un futa oe pamrel sìyi nemfa fìpuk, fralo a oe 'efu keftxo. =>Today I decided that I will write into(inside) this book, every time I feel sad (pe'un is transitive)
Fìkemìl tìyìng oeru fpomit. => This action will give me hapines (just small typo, otherwise correct)
Oe 'ìmì'awn mì oeyä Kelutral fìtrr nìwotx. => I stayed in my Hometree all day (IMO is better here)
Oe nolume fte emziva'u sìfmetokit, slä krr a kip srekamtrr sì kxamtrrmaw kä nìk'ong. => I've learn lin order to pass my exams successfully, but time between before noon and after noon went slowly. (not sure if is good here, but we do not have better word - maybe tul?)
