I think it's "ne Kelutrelit"

Oe lu Keith. we don't have a word for "name"

Me too! (just one thing: Na'vi)

Oel kesi omun pesanit si.
("san" is saying, a noun... you have to use "si" to make it a verb, but i'm not sure if like this...)
"Hrrap rä'ä si olo'ur smuktuä." ; "Ke'u ke lu ngay. Frakemit tung." (Assassin's Creed)

1. I wasn't too sure over how to type 'kelutrelìti' with the 'ne' extension... My Na'vi pocket guide vaguely told me to put on the end of the word in question.

2. If you want to change my name, please change it to 'Kif' instead of 'Kelith', it seems to me a better, closer way to say it in Na'vi.

3. My in the lexicon, 'si' means 'do, make', not a grammic change from a noun to a verb.

I don't really know how to use "ne", so i could be wrong...
Sorry i misread/misstyped (is this expression even right?) your name (corrected up there)
"Si" does mean do/make, but it also can make a noun to a verb (eltu si= pay attention (make brain), nari si= watch out/ be careful (make eye)).
"Hrrap rä'ä si olo'ur smuktuä." ; "Ke'u ke lu ngay. Frakemit tung." (Assassin's Creed)

omängum fra'uti

Si actually does not mean "do, make" or really anything on it's own.  It's an auxiliary verb which must be paired with something else to mean anything.

Run is intransitive so you'd just say "Oe tìmängul".  Kelutral (Note the kelutrEl is a typo, it should be utral as in tree) is the destination so it should just get the adposition, either "kelutralne" or "ne kelutral".  There is no evidence that you can combine a noun case and an adposition on the same noun, so if you find yourself trying (Or putting on two noun cases such as -tiyä) then take a step back and look at what you're doing wrong.

So the first sentence would be...

Oe tìmängul kelutralne.

The word "san" is a particle used to indicate you are quoting someone, not actually a quote or saying.  The verb for speaking is plltxe.  As I mentioned "si" is not a verb on it's own, in the English sentence "I do not know" it's not even really doing anything there in that sentence.  It's a superfluous word.  This is also a more complex sentence because there are two verbs - know and say.  But it's not too bad....

Oel ke omum futa pivlltxe
I not know that-which to say

The "futa" is serving to tie the clauses together, it's a contraction of "fì'ut a".  Literally that means "I do not know this thing: I say".
Ftxey lu nga tokx ftxey lu nga tirea? Lu oe tìkeftxo.
