I was doing some thinking on how to say Eywa be with a certain person, like with my mom, dad, sister etc, but don't know exactly how. Maybe the same way as Eywa ngahu but reaplace nga with another word and leave hu?

However, if you just wanted to say him or her, you could just say

Ewya poe-hu     or      Eway poan-hu             (poe=her, poan=him)

That's exactly what it would be, srane.  You can also do that to other similar phrases.  For example in response to someone worried about their mothers health today I said..

Ngayä sa'nokru fpom layivu.
(I'd actually intentionally left out the subjunctive when I said it to them, to make it sound more like "She WILL be ok" rather than "I hope she will be ok")

<iv> is the subjunctive, but I wrote that before we knew how to properly combine tense and subjunctive.  We know now that should have been lìyevu - future subjunctive.
