(no sparrows on pandora so i went with Ikran, if there are more bird like delicate creatures please let me know, Ikran sounds to dominating)
I placed the hard parts in Red, I couldn't find a translation for, please point out any mistakes i may have made so i can learn from them.

You could use fkio, "tetrapteron" – they are at least smaller than an ikran ;) Or just use yayo

tengfya na Ikran, oe tsun tswivayon => tengfya is for when you introduce sentences e.g.  "as you know ..."; remember that after modal verbs, ‹iv› has to appear in the dependant verb
slä ke tsun 'ivampi tawti
tengfya na syulang, oe tsawl slu
slä ke tsun tsawl slivu nì'awtu

slä trro new oel
futa krra oe kerusey terkup, oel riyevun oeyä vitrati => The reason behind this is that the main clause is "I want to know that I will find my soul", that's why ‹ay› + ‹iv› becomes ‹iyev› here.
ulte krra oe holum, oeyä ta'leng
lu wew, oer tsrayanten tsenga oeyä tokx kä srak? => we say "s.t. matters to me" in Na'vi, therefore the dative R on oe
tsenga oeyä tokx kä

tengfya na zìsìkrr, oe tsun hivum
slä ngati ke tsun nivong oeti,
tengfya na ram, Oe lu tsawl,
ngaru tsun tsyivìl oeti, vaykrr nga zup.

...

(I have ripped the beating heart
Out of my chest for you
Bleeding as I fall apart
I've torn my wings in two)

Unfortunately there are the words we've requested :P If we go for a translation of the meaning we could go for:

oe tìftang soli 'ekongur txe'lanä
a mì heyr ngafpi
reypay wrrza'u tengkrr zerup oe
oel skola'a mesyalit

...

Hope that helps
