I have no idea what the diffrence between tense and aspect is in Na'vi.
Ive read everything about it in Na'vi in a Nutshell and it describes it as being 'more discriptive' but i really dont see the diffrence. can someone explain to me exactaly what it does?

Simple way of thinking about it:
Tense is when the action happens - e.g. past, present or future.
Aspect is how the action happens - e.g. finished (perfect), not finished (imperfect).

English mixes the two together.  So does Latin, but is a little clearer about it.  Biblical Hebrew doesn't have tenses, just aspects.
