Brother/Sibling Ruben is wise. He talks about (?) wise. You and me must change.
Where to you is at a treasure, you have a heart.
You and me must hate evil, must help the others.

Awesome, thanks to all for their input, i am not as bad as  i thought.

I wanted to say, he talks wisely. not exactly about something. and the pleace where your treasure is, is where your heart is, its like a metaphor, what can i do to make this more senseful, i see i also must have used ayoeng, although gramatically it doesnt have to be just the two of us does it? and i was going for must help the others.

Below I re-translated your text into Na'vi. I don't give 100% for correctness, but still...

Tsmukan RUBEN lu txanslusam. Poan plltxe nìfya'o atxanslusam. Oeng zene livatem.
Tsenge a tsyeymit ngeyä tok, lu pum a txe'lanit ngeyä tok.
Oeng zene vive'ki tìkawngit, ulte srung sivi aylaru.

Ah, yes, I forgot to add brackets to that second oeng zene... but I better remove it. :)

I've also got an idea:
Tsenge a tsyeymit ngeyä tok, lu pum a txe'lanit ngeyä tok -> Ngari tsyeymìl sì txe'lanìl tok tsenget ateng

Not a correction.

Okay, so I immediately recognized this as at least somewhat scripture based. "Where your heart is, your treasure will be also" is Biblical. May I ask what this is for ma ehesh?

Ruben is Jacob's son: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reuben_(biblical_person)

Aye, I knew that. But it seems to me that this is not the Reuben that our friend is speaking of, perhaps someone he knows or looks up to?

Some biblical verses i consider them very neatly metaphorically,i had a friend that said this the other day and just was wondering on what to practice translating when this crossed my mind. I think i should practice a little more literal translations before i got into metaphor

No problem with challenging yourself and try to translate whatever comes your way ;)

Just a little addition: "brother Ruben" becomes tsmuk(an) alu Ruben in Na'vi

Ikrantu

I know but i wished to say sibbling in that sentence, hehe  :)

Sorry :-[ I wasn't clear enough. Of course that's totally valid ;) tsmuk or tsmuktu are totally fine if you don't want to use the specific term "brother".

I was more referring to tsmuk alu Ruben – it's what's called an apposition, whenever you use something to identify it further. In this case, "sibling (who is named/called) Ruben". In Na'vi this identifier is connected with alu.
