The full Na'vi
« on: January 04, 2010, 12:46:06 pm »
So..Hi there, everyone, kaltxí.
I am a newcomer on the forums so this is my first topic here. I've been learning/studying the na'vi language for about a week now, so I'm a beginner. The purpose of this topic would be to force ourselves to write as much as we can in na'vi, so whatever is on your mind write it down in na'vi. It's not necessery to post it in english but if you want you can, it's up to you to decide.

kaltxi ma kohari peter

maybe it would be better if this topic was in the intermediate section, because here you have to translate what you're saying in na'vi to english, as this is the beginner section.

We actually do ask that anything you post in Na'vi on the beginner forum be replicated in English.  You can use the spoiler tag so it's obscured until the reader asks for it, but it should accompany the Na'vi.  This helps both people who are offering suggestions (So they know what you are intending to say) and others trying to better understand why you are saying it that way.

There is also already a thread with a similar intent, though it seems to have slipped down to page 3.  I'd suggest continuing that thread however.

If you wish to go straight Na'vi without any accompanying English, there have been a couple threads like that already in the intermediate forum, though they eventually died out because not enough people were at that level yet.
