What would be the Na'vi words for Circle or round, Square etc. if any?

Are there words or something close to describe geometric shapes such as circle, round, square in Na'vi?

Not yet, as i know, but some were in the expansion-list (at least i think) sent to Karyu Frommer, so hopefuly there will be soon.

Pretty close do the Na'vi have words for other things that are round or circular like the moons that accompany Pandora in the sky or Polyphemus itself?

We don't currently think words with numbers need a plural marker, so tsìnga pa'o.  If it did need a plural however, it would also need lenition, ayfa'o.
