Ok from what I read, 'yawn' means 'love' in noun form. In a section in the Na'Vi Language guidelines, called 'Changing parts of speech,' defines a way to change a noun to an adjective with 'le-.' I'm calling it nta (noun to adjective(, as the guideline doesn't have a short version of it. If it already exists, please let me know?

Oel ngati leyawn
I-ERG you-ACC NTA-love.
I love you.

Or,

Oel Na'Viti leyawn
I love Na'Vi.

Or,

Oel Eywa'evengäti leyawn.

I think no:
"yawne" means beloved.
And le- makes an adjective, but in those sentences you udes the word "leyawn" as a verb, what isn't correct.

Yeah, but think in it...
It should mean "You're beloved to me" literaly, so i was right ;)

Anyways, irayo for this source :D haven't seen it.
"Hrrap rä'ä si olo'ur smuktuä." ; "Ke'u ke lu ngay. Frakemit tung." (Assassin's Creed)

Thanks! So then:

Eywa'evengä yawne lu oer... (where did that solo 'r' from 'oer' come from?)
'Eywa's planet', 'beloved', 'be', 'I-(?)'
I love Eywa's planet (I love Pandora)

I think it's something like the -it/-ti/-t trio... with -ru.
"Hrrap rä'ä si olo'ur smuktuä." ; "Ke'u ke lu ngay. Frakemit tung." (Assassin's Creed)

Nikre tsa'usìn!

Na'rìng

That suggests either a dative -r (-ru, -ìru), or topical -r (-ri, -ìri). Can you please clarify?

I meant the dative (-ru).
"Hrrap rä'ä si olo'ur smuktuä." ; "Ke'u ke lu ngay. Frakemit tung." (Assassin's Creed)

So I hope there isn't a topical '-r' then... Is there?

As i know, the topicals are the -ri/-ìri.

Alright I think I've got it now. So...

Eywa'evengä yawne lu oer
'Eywa's planet', 'beloved', 'be', 'I-DAT'.
I love Eywa's planet.

Did I get it right?
Eywa ngahu ma smukan.
Eywa'evengä yawne lu oeru.

Yeah, like in the given example :D
You got it (and me also, so irayo  ;))

Going back a few posts (Since the original question as far as I can tell has been answered) I should point out that "yawne" is already an adjective so no need to add le- to it.  To get a noun of "love" you'd need the nominative tì for "tìyawn" (Yes, it loses the e on the end, I don't know why.)
