This is just two much fun!  1 Thes 1:1 says it's by 3 dudes (Paul, Silvanus and Timothy), so I get to use pxoe!!!  ;D

because we wanted to come to you — indeed, I, Paul, once and again — but Satan hindered us.

Nalmew pxoe ziva'u ayngane (oeri alu Pawlìri, 'awlo melosì) ulte pxoeti fteykamängang Satanìl.

We-3 had wanted to come to y'all (I'm talkin 'bout me, Paul! once even twice!) but Satan stopped us-3.  >:(

Greek has free word order too, and 'Satan' was last there.

Nice one. ;D

Glad you are having fun with it! :D

That's a rather novel interpretation of that tricky verse!

I notice you made use of an enclitic , perhaps the first time I have seen it used that way. I am wondering if the would be better off attached to 'awlo.

I thought
'awlo sì melo
becomes
'awlo melosì
???

This is correct.

I stand corrected. It just seems real strange, even with free word order, to have a structure that reads
X Yand.

I also do not know the corpus/canon all that well.

ma 'Eylan, none of us do!  :o (OK, maybe Tirea does...)

Imagine two rednecks talkin'
Quote
Redneck 1:  D'you wanna goda town?
Redneck 2:  Yup. n'Jimmy too.
Translation:
1: Would you care to traverse with me to the city?
2: Yes, but I would like for James to travel with us also, if you please.

In that second part of 2's answer, the 'n' is usually inaudible.  That's why rednecks usually 'too' to the end.  You could consider that kind of too, if it helps.  Sìltsan tsuktslamsì srak?  ;)

if that is too strange, think of it as X, Y-included
