The work being done by Eltu leFngap Makto has inspired me to open a long-ignored topic: How do we present our wrk here for everyone to see, study, comment on, and add to.

For a long time, an idea of using text in multiple rows, with each row having a specific function was kicked around. No real working standard for this was ever created. But as of late, Elth leFngap Makto has been using a side-by-side column system that I think works well here. Following is an example of this formatting:

so verse 5

Pxiset, ma tuté, ohe ngengaru pamrel si, ke lerawk mipa korenit ki pumit a awngaru lolu sngä'ikrrta.  Futa awnga livu yawne (awngaru) fìtsap, ohel vivan.

and now, verse 6

This is love, that we should walk according to his commandments. This is the commandment, even as you heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it.

Tìyawnìri, sweylu txo tivìran awnga ìlä horen peyä. Fìkorenìlä a stolawm ayngal keng sngä'ikrrta, sweylu txo tivìran.

Regarding love, we should walk according to his rules.  By this rule you have heard even since the begining, should (you) walk.

Looking at the BBcode, this is easy to set up, and it presents everything you need to see in a clear manner.

Am I off base suggesting this might be our working format going forward? Better ideas are always welcome.

It is a convenient format.

You just hit the three table buttons all in a row:

Then you type in one "cell" of data.

Move your cursor to between the slash-td and the slash-tr and hit the "one blue square button".  Now type another "cell".  It's easy!

For me, it's as easy as hitting the Quote button on Eltu Lefngap 'Evengä post and then using the [blue][/blue] or [color=navy][/color] tags around my edits. ;D
