HRH.
HRH is a contraction of the Na'vi word herangham. The root is hangham, which means 'to laugh'.

Haha, I liked the Doctor Who reference in Brisingr :P
It'll have to wait, I'm already reading two things at once, so it'll probably be Christmas before I get to read it ???

Omg I got inheritance for my b day just a couple days after it was released and read the whole thing in a week! But now I am in mourning for te end of the series and have a hole in my heart similar to how I felt after watching avatar, being so evolved in a beautiful and spell binding world (no pun intended) and then being banished from that world and denied contact, even as Sloan was kept from Katrina, his pride and joy :(

I had a post-Avatar type feeling after reading the earlier books, but Avatar was much stronger.
It's interesting that lots of people seem to have these sorts of reactions, I wonder what the underlying reason is.

I think it's the fact that both The Inheritance series and Avatar were a better more beautiful world and they both had characters who seem real to the fan, and it's like being denied contact with a close friend, since we have become so attached to Eragon and Saphira and Jake and Neytiri. It's just kinda hard to except that we will never hear from Eragon and Saphira angain. The series is over. I wish there was a journal or something of Eragon and his trip outside of Algaisia, just something to wean us off the series

What was the avatar reference?
A chapter that mentioned Seeing (in the context of a person) a couple of times, including "I see you" :)

I understand :(

For me, the ending made it worse... It's so sad.

Finally read it!
I thought the 'bad guys' were going to win for most of it! :-[ It was a good finale, I think the writing has improved since book one, and I though some of the ideas were nicely unexpected. E=MC^2 anyone? ;)

Yeah, that part was interesting.

The ending was so sad though D: , I haven't been able to read it again.

The ending irritated me. Christopher Paolini spent three books building up a relationship between them and then absolutely nothing happened.

Not to sound morbid, but I like a sad ending every once in a while. It's more realistic.

I do like how he left room for expansion, either by him or other authors go chose to invest in his universe. All may not be lost for Eragon and Arya.

Reykoveyzä te Werufalä Haflak'ite

Not everything has to be sad. Besides, if eragon were realistic, saphira wouldn't exist and then where would we be?  ;D
